Abstract

Policy evaluation is an overall assessment of a predetermined policy. The KSPN transportation program is a program created by the central government to support tourism development supported by public transportation aspects. In the Tanjung Lesung KSPN transportation program, Banten Province, there are still several obstacles in its implementation. This study aims to find out how to evaluate the implementation of the Tanjung Lesung KSPN transportation program in Banten Province.ThisstudyusesLeoAgustino'spolicyevaluationtheory(2020:196).The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman models. The results of the study show that in terms of Apparatus Resources (SDA) aspects, institutions, facilities, infrastructure, and technology, finance, and regulation (support) have been fulfilled. However, in practice several aspects have not been optimal. Suggestions that can be given are the need for synergy between OPDs so that the Tanjung Lesung KSPN transportation programis more developedinattractingtourists,and there is a need for widespread promotion to local and foreign tourists.
